Online security is also a priority. We use encryption and authentication tools to protect your Personal Information from unauthorized use. Firewalls protect our servers and network from unauthorized access and tampering.

Returns, Refunds, Cancellations, and Exchanges

What We Will Do Together:

1. Raise a Return/Replacement Request:
   - Within 7 days from the date of delivery if you received wrong or expired products.
   - Use the Chat option or contact us with your order and contact details.
   - For damaged/missing products, raise a request within 2 days from the date of delivery.

2. Review Process:
   - Allow us 2 working days to review your return request.

3. Pick-Up Arrangements:
   - After reviewing, our courier partner will pick up the products from you.

4. Self-Shipping:
   - If reverse pick-up service is unavailable at your location, self-ship the product via a reliable courier partner. We will reimburse the courier charges either in your PayTM Wallet or Mamapay Wallet.

5. Verification and Action:
   - After receiving your product(s), we will verify it against the claim and initiate a replacement or refund accordingly. Replacements depend on stock availability.

Conditions for Return/Replacement:

- Wrong product delivered
- Expired product delivered
- Damaged product delivered (physical damage/tampered product or packaging)
- Incomplete order (missing products)

Conditions Where Return/Replacement Requests Will Not Be Accepted:

- Opened/used/altered products.
- Original packaging (mono cartons, labels, etc.) missing.
- Return/replacement request generated after 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Damaged/missing product reported after 2 days from the date of delivery.

Return Process:

Once a return request is made, a pick-up is organized for the item. Our courier partners will collect the item within 5-7 business days after receiving the return request. The item is then brought back to our warehouse for a quality control check. Once the product passes quality control, a refund is initiated.

Order Cancellation:

You can cancel your order via the CANCEL button on the order details page under the My Account section. Provide a reason for cancellation and we'll handle the rest.

Alternatively, call us (Mon - Fri, 9 am to 5 pm) and we will assist you in canceling the order.

Serene Herbal Solutions reserves the right to cancel any order without pre-confirmation and may verify any order before shipping, including obtaining verbal or written confirmation from the customer.

Refund Process:

- For prepaid orders, money will be returned to the bank account/credit/debit card used for payment within 7 business days.
- For Cash on Delivery orders, customers must provide bank details for the refund.

Refund Timeline:

Refunds for canceled orders are processed within 7 business days. For returns, refunds are processed after the product is received at our warehouse and passes the quality check. The entire process takes approximately 2 weeks from the return pick-up.

Partial Order Returns:

Yes, you can return any products eligible for returns within 7 days of delivery.
